Shipping Area

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are only processed on weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order processing time: 2–3 business days.

Orders received after 5:00 PM (Eastern Time, Canada) will be processed on the next working day.

Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Transit Time

Once processed, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 8 business days from the time you place your order.

Shipping days

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

There is no shipping on Sundays, Saturday and public holidays.

Shipping costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard shipping: Free Shipping on all orders over $100.

Standard shipping: $17 shipping fee on orders under $100.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our tracking page.
